About Our Block Board
Well known as Grassim Ritzy Ply block boards, these are made by our high-performance CNC machines, laser cutting tools, peeling machines, hot press and glue spreader. The core of the block is cut from Poplar and Safeda for additional strength. These are fed into the feeder to make blocks, and veneers are layered on either surface using a glue spreader. The adhesive used in our block board is MR and BWR grade. The quality control team conducts visual inspections, dimensional tests, effect of humidity, tolerances, adhesive and core tests, face veneers test, mycological test and other critical tests.
